PE‐SCGF is a series of SF6 gas filled standard capacitor based capacitance & tan-delta calibrator

SF6 Gas filled Standard Capacitor : 100 pF

This calibrator is capable of calibrating capacitance up to 100 pF and Tan delta is up to 1 % and applied voltage is 10 kV. Measurement capability of this calibrator is 0.05 % for Tan delta and 0.17 pF of capacitance

SF6 Gas filled : Standard Capacitor : 1000 pF

This calibrator is capable of calibrating capacitance up to 1000 pF and Tan delta is up to 10 % and applied voltage is 5 kV. Measurement capability of this calibrator is 0.05 % for Tan delta and 2.7 pF of capacitance
