PE HV Probes are designed to achieve unmatched accuracy whole providing wide bandwidth capability, rugged physical packages, and convenience. To achieve accurate HV measurement use of high impedance probe is suggested. High voltage single-ended probe is typically used for measuring ground referenced signals AC & DC up to 50kV with the help of Digital Multimeter.
