Calibration is defined as a measurement referenced to a ‘known’ standard. Calibrating test instruments should be important to contractors as it gives them confidence in the measurements being made, provides proof of validated measurements and ultimately enables more time to be spent on core competencies that generate income, rather than having to retest or rework an installation if there isn’t confidence in the results.


The accuracy of all measuring devices degrades over time. This is typically caused by normal wear and tear. However, changes in accuracy can also be caused by electric or mechanical shock or a hazardous manufacturing environment (e. x., oils, metal chips etc.). Depending on the type of the instrument and the environment in which it is being used, it may degrade very quickly or over a long period of time. The bottom line is that, calibration improves the accuracy of the measuring device. Accurate measuring devices improve product quality. As the report is given in depth.


The Electro Technical Calibration standards held by the Power Electronical ET Cal lab is traceable to the national standards through the high Precision Calibration Laboratories. Power Electronical Electro-technical Calibration Laboratory has been working in the field of calibration for last two Years. We have established brilliant benchmarks. We also manufacture Transformer oil testing equipment like AOBDV, LOBDV, AORDF, ACDF, Power Electronical Electro Technical Calibration Laboratory is ISO 17025:2005 Compliant. Our Laboratory has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board for testing and Calibration Laboratories ( NABL ) , Government of India ,Department of Science and Technology, New Delhi.

High Voltage Divider with KV meter . Calibrated up to 100 kV AC.

Power Electronical Manufactured SF6 Gas Filled Standard Capacitor . This calibrator is capable of calibrating capacitance up to 100 pF and Tan delta is up to 1 % and applied voltage is 10 kV. Measurement capability of this calibrator is 0.05 % for Tan delta and 0.17 pF of capacitance.

Power Electronical Manufactured SF6 Gas Filled Standard Capacitor . This calibrator is capable of calibrating capacitance up to 1000 pF and Tan delta is up to 10 % and applied voltage is 5 kV. Measurement capability of this calibrator is 0.05 % for Tan delta and 2.7 pF of capacitance. RESISTANCE CALIBRATOR Standard is manufactured by an industry pioneer and offers resistance Ranges from 1 M ohm to 1T ohm. It is used to calibrate High resistance insulation Test Set , Tan delta and resistivity test set. The Set of precision High resistance standards from a leading resistance of discrete standard . Best measurement capability of this calibrator is 0.15 to 5.1 %
